Complaints

The buyer may not claim that the goods are incorrect unless he gives written notice of the error (complaint) within the specified time limits below. Errors that were marked or should have been noticed when the item was delivered to the buyer must be advertised within five working days thereafter and before the item is mounted. In addition, if the defect can be assumed to have occurred during transport and the goods are acknowledged on a special consignment note, the defect shall immediately be reported to the consignor. Otherwise, the defect shall be claimed within ten working days after the defect has been marked or should have been marked or otherwise come to the buyer's knowledge through a complaint from another.
