Description
The Fresh sorption dehumidifier is one of the smallest tankless dehumidifiers on the market and a very good solution for e.g. crawl space and attic dehumidification. The dehumidifier is also suitable for other humid spaces, such as laundry rooms, holiday homes, boats and caravans.
The sorption dehumidifier is the workable solution for crawl space and attic dehumidification as this type of machine does not have any water reservoir that needs to be emptied. With sorption dehumidification, the moisture disappears in a weak flow of air via the exhaust air hose.
The dehumidifier can be attached to any flat surface, such as a wall, floor or ceiling.

| My dehumidifier never starts, even though the room is more humid than I set it to be. | 1. Is there power in the outlet? If you don’t have anything to measure it with, try another device with similar power consumption, like a hairdryer for example. 2. Check that the switch under the humidity control is set to 0. It is not an on/off button for the device, but it turns the built-in hygrostat on/off. 3. Check that the hygrostat is working properly. Turn the moisture control counterclockwise to its end position. Then slowly turn it clockwise until you hear a click. The click is an indication of the relative humidity in the room and the dehumidifier should now start. 4. If the overheating protection has tripped, the temperature and the device must cool down. You must also pull out the plug for 10 seconds to reset the protection. If this error recurs, please review the following. Check the filter to make sure it is not blocked or that it needs to be cleaned. Check that the channels do not exceed the recommended lengths (see manual). Check that the channels or the grille for the exhaust are not clogged/blocked. Ambient temperature – Winds can e.g. get really hot during the summer. 5. If the dehumidifier does not work after the 4 steps above, please contact your dealer. |

| Does the D-800/D-1200 have a tank that needs to be drained? | No, the moisture leaves the dehumidifier in the form of warm moist air, by connecting a hose to the "moist air out" outlet. This hose must be routed out of the room to be dried. |
| How do I clean the filter on the dehumidifier inlet? | The filter should be checked periodically and cleaned/replaced if necessary. It can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner or hand washed with a mild detergent. |
